Part 6 of the Sweet and Lockdown series of videos.

The last video in the series, and the last song I tackled in the 100 Day Challenge. This is far from the hardest, or fastest, song in the movie, but it’s the hardest one I worked on, and it forced me to really stretch myself.

On the soundtrack CD, this track is about eight minutes long. Featured in the book is just the guitar solo which closes the track. I also played the chord accompaniment for the final shout chorus. That’s not in the transcription, but if you’re playing at this level, you should be able to work out the chords by ear! (It’s in F, if that’s any help…)

As with all the performances in this series, there are some slight differences between the transcription – either for aesthetic or practical reasons. (Some phrases were too fast for me to play so I occasionally had to rework them! And some lines were written in awkward fingering positions so I altered them, but tried as much as possible to keep the same notes and phrasing.)
